Quiet hotel located in Rock Springs. Queen room offers a good window view of the open landscape. Courteous and understanding staff, from the desk clerk to the breakfast staff.

the location of this property is hard to find if not traveling off the interstate. Which we did not and took to long to find. otherwise great!

We stayed in this spacious apartment with a stunning view of the lake. the location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the charming downtown area with its many shops and restaurants. - the apartment was well-equipped and clean, with comfortable bedding. - Additionally, the private parking was very convenient.

This an excellent hotel as were all the Hampton Inns on my trip (4).

Staff was great! Room clean, and the breakfast good with lots of options.

The pool was a bit cold even for the kids. Maybe it's too much to ask for a warm pool in Wyoming.

Staff was very helpful. They had a good supply of bottled water. They offered it up to you as you checked in and replenished it as needed. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet.

Situation of night table. I do not sit on the bed then put my feet on the bed but I climb into a bed. I hit my knee enough to bruise it and my husband jammed his elbow into it. We had to stuff pillows along the sides for our safety. The wi-fi did not stay connected and the phone did not work.

Attention to detail - coloring sheets for my kids, cookies available 24/7, free water bottles for my family of 5 upon check in and at breakfast, front desk called our room 2 hours after we checked in to make sure all was ok. Really appreciated the home-like feeling of this hotel.

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn Rock Springs, I had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff, Kaleah and Isaiah, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent customer service and even gave us recommendations for local dining options. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of clean, fluffy towels and Neutrogena toiletries. Additionally, the hotel had good lighting and convenient USB power outlets by the bed, which was a great convenience. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a big plus for us, as we were traveling with a service animal. The staff members were accommodating and made us feel welcome. The hotel's location near the interstate made it convenient for us, and we also appreciated that there were dining options nearby. I highly recommend Hampton Inn for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and pet-friendly policy.

What a great place to stay.This was my second time staying here and the second time was still great.One of the best breakfast of any hotel around.Very clean rooms and everyone was so nice.And the little travel bag snacks was a added like.
